Healthcare practitioners, doctors, general practitioners, family medicine, specialty consultations usually refer patients to Dr. Locatelli and Dr. Corá as they are usually seen as experts in their areas.

If you have referred a patient to Dr. Locatelli for consultation, please fill out the form below to receive feedback on the patient’s visit. Dr. Locatelli prepares a digital consultation report immediately after the consultation takes place (within the same day). Our office will expediently send you the results via fax directly to your office. Our office is fully equipped with electronic medical records. Dr. Locatelli requires the patient’s consent to fax information to your office.
